Fix & Build are a small family-run business operating from Sydney’s North Shore. We believe in developing strong working relationships with our clients that are built on trust and open communication.

What do we do?

We take on projects of all sizes from large scale home renovations through to those small jobs around your home that you never get around to - decks, bathrooms, fences and more. Take a look at our projects page to see some examples of our recent work.

Meet the boss

Chris Clouston is the managing director and project manager for Fix & Build. Chris is a North Shore local. Chris started his apprenticeship in 2009 as a carpenter and qualified in 2017 with a Certificate IV in Building. After working for 10 years as the foreman for a leading high quality builder, Chris decided to go out on his own, founding Fix & Build in 2016.

Meet the team

Chris works with a hand-picked team of tradesmen who are experienced, hard working, tidy and courteous. These include carpenters, plumbers, electricians, air conditioners, painters and tilers.

Award winners

In 2018 Fix & Build were winners of the Master Builders Association award for a renovation up to $1million for the work we did on a beautiful family home in Crows Nest. You can see photos of the home both before and after the Fix & Build treatment here.
