complete Renovation
While it was generous in size and well built, this 1960s family home needed a full renovation. The home lacked a central space for this growing family to gather for meals and to relax. A significant renovation has resulted in a large, light, open-plan kitchen and lounge area that adjoins a new deck, complete with outdoor furniture and BBQ. An under-deck storage area is an added bonus. Fix & Build planned the project with the client to allow the family to remain on site for the duration. The lower floor was completed first allowing the family to live in this space while the upper floor was completely rebuilt. The images below show before and after plus a few progress shots.
