COMPLETE Renovation
This large family home in Sydney’s Eastern suburbs was badly in need of some TLC. The family wanted more room as well as a complete renovation of all rooms including the kitchen and bathroom. The project included replacing the original tiled roof and renovating the in-ground swimming pool. The front of the home was rebuilt to create a more elegant entrance to the home. The back of the home was extended to enlarge a family room and to create a deck for outdoor dining that takes in district views. The result is a high quality home more in keeping with the surrounding suburb.
The owners were keen to avoid an expensive rental while this large project went ahead. Fix & Build put extra safety precautions in place to ensure that the family could move back after three months and feel safe in the environment.
