Garage enlargement and renovation

Storage space is hard to come by these days and this family in Longueville had outgrown their original garage. It was too narrow to be useful and very damp. Fix & Build enlarged the space by reducing the width of the brick columns and installed a new window to improve lighting and ventilation. New render was applied to the walls and the floor was dug up to allow for new concrete and drainage. The original tiled roof and eaves were also repaired to ensure that they are water-tight. Improvements to a drain beside the garage will also ensure that the space stays dry. The last step was to install shelving, a storage unit, new bike racks and a new roller door to match the neighbours garage.
